Zoe Pollard
Zoe has been involved in dentistry and worked with Stephen over the last 12 years. She gained the National Certificate in Dental Nursing in 1999 and since then has gone on to achieve certificates in Radiography and Dental Implantology. She is now undertaking the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Management to help her run the practice more effectively.
Zoe is registered with the General Dental Council, so will continue with her professional development to be as up to date as possible with the new techniques and legislation within dentistry for the benefits of our patients and staff.
Being involved from the outset in the development of this practice has been a great challenge that she has enjoyed immensely and looks forward to the practice flourishing.
Jane Allen
Jane is one of our dental receptionists and a highly valued member of our team, she is your first point of contact. Jane loves the front desk role ensuring patients are relaxed and at ease, enjoying their visits with us. She has an understanding of procedures and options and can explain them in a very simple, jargon free way.
Jane was recently awarded ‘Receptionist of the Year, Highly Commended’ and has a love of dentistry. She has always worked in the customer service sector. She says that her aim is to make sure everyone leaves smiling.
Away from dentistry Jane is involved with the Scout Movement and loves dancing, theatre, eating out, shopping and foreign travel.
Nadine Barrows
Nadine is our Friday receptionist and also provides nursing cover. She has been a qualified dental nurse since 1999 and has worked in practices in Cambridgeshire, Australia and Somerset.
Nadine has recently had her first baby but is very happy to be back in a job she loves where both patients and team enjoy the relaxed, calm atmosphere.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, socialising and shopping!
